Nokia 803: Last Symbian but will have the Largest Camera Sensor

The successor of Nokia N8 might be the last handheld to be produced by Nokia with Symbian as its OS. They will phase out this OS but before they do that the intention of selling 150 million units of Symbian devices is still their target. Nokia announced last Mobile World Congress that they will have continued support for Symbian following their plans to switch to Windows Phone as their primary OS.

Now, Nokia 803 was believed to be the last Symbian with a 4” AMOLED screen and the handheld with the largest camera sensor to date. This is suspected to become as a phone with the great camera due to rumors on its optical zoom. Nokia 803 might be featured on the upcoming MWC in Barcelona this coming February 27, together with the unveiling of the international version of Lumia 900 WP smartphone.

According to rumors, Nokia 803 might be released in May.
